Volunteer Hours & Track it Forward 


At Bridgeport Catholic Academy, we are incredibly grateful for the time and talents our families share throughout the school year. Your volunteer efforts help make many of our school events, programs, and activities possible.

To help families easily track their service hours, BCA uses Track It Forward, our online volunteer management system.
Track It Forward will be the primary source for all volunteer opportunities throughout the school year. Volunteer events, school activities, and service opportunities will be posted in the system as they become available. We encourage all families to check their Track It Forward account regularly so you don't miss opportunities to fulfill your Family Service Hour requirement.

How It Works

1. Create Your Account
If you have not already done so, create your Track It Forward account using the registration link below. Please use the email address you regularly check, as this will be your login for the system.

2. Sign Up for Volunteer Opportunities
Browse available volunteer opportunities and sign up for the dates and times that work best for your schedule. New opportunities will continue to be added throughout the year.

3. Log Your Hours
After completing your volunteer service, log into your Track It Forward account and record your hours. We ask that all volunteer hours be entered within one week of completing the activity to ensure records remain accurate.

4. Monitor Your Progress
Your Track It Forward dashboard allows you to view your completed hours at any time so you can easily monitor your progress toward fulfilling your annual Family

Volunteer Hour Requirements

  • Track It Forward is the official platform used by Bridgeport Catholic Academy to post volunteer opportunities and record Family Service Hours.
  • Only approved school volunteer activities may be counted toward your Family Service Hour requirement.
  • Sports coaching and sports volunteer hours do not count toward school Family Service Hours, as they are tracked separately.
  • If you believe volunteer hours are missing or entered incorrectly, please contact the school office for assistance.
