Enrollment An admissions application must be completed for ALL NEW students. NEW families are encouraged to enroll early to ensure proper placement.
Registration for the 2026 - 2027 School Year will open January 2026.
Pre-Kindergarten Admission:
Age Requirements: Children must be three or four years old by September 1 of the school year they are enrolling in.
Independence in Toileting: Children must be fully toilet trained, meaning they can use the restroom entirely on their own without adult assistance. Pull-Ups are not permitted.
Kindergarten Admission:
Age Requirements: Children must be five years old by September 1 of the school year they are enrolling in.
Documentation Required for all New and Transfer Students:
Birth Certificate: An official copy is required.
Baptismal Record: If the child was baptized, we request a copy of the baptismal certificate for the students records.
Health Compliance Records: Documents showing compliance with city and state health requirements.
Transfer Student Requirements:
Students transferring from another school to Bridgeport Catholic Academy must complete and request a transfer of student records from their current school. This includes all academic records, the most recent report card, standardized test scores, attendance, and medical/vaccination records on file.
Probation for New and Transfer Students:
New and transfer students are subject to a 90-day probationary period. During this period students may face expulsion if policies or procedures are violated at the Principal's discretion.
These policies help to ensure that students are ready for their new school environment and aligns with Bridgeport Catholic Academy's standards for readiness and conduct.
Re-enrollment for Returning Families:
Bridgeport Catholic Academy will continue with the Continuous Enrollment auto-enroll system for the upcoming school year..
Students in grades Pre-K through 7 will be automatically enrolled for the next school year.
To avoid the re-registration fee, non-returning families should notify the office.
Re-registration fees will be charged through FACTS, our online tuition management program, on or around February 1st.
Current Families with New Siblings Registering:
Current Bridgeport Catholic Academy families with new sibling students will have the opportunity to register early for the upcoming school year and secure their spot before registration opens to new families.
