Tuition Schedule

2010-2011 School Year

• ** There is a discount for any Pre-K family with an older sibling in K - Grade 8.
• Curriculum and technology fee per K-8th student $225
• Curriculum and technology fee per Pre-K student $200
• Registration fee per student $100    New Student $125
  All student fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Fundraising Obligation

• One student per family $500

• Two or more students per family $650

• One-half (50%) of all fundraising credits, which exceeds your annual family fundraising obligation, will be credited to your account (50% of chocolate sales, 100% of both the super raffle and walkathon).  Any year-ending account credit balances will be rolled into your account for the following year, or refunded upon request.

Notes:

Tuition assistance money (based upon need) is available from Big Shoulders. During the 2009-2010 school year, several BCA families requested assistance from "Big Shoulders" and most received some tuition aid.  Applications for the scholarship program will be available in September. 

Most families qualify for the (tuition) State if Illinois $500.00 tax credit. Be sure to claim the credit on your annual Illinois Tax return! (Kindergarten - Grade 8)

A ten-month payment plan is available.

3% discount for family annual tuition paid in full on or before October 1st.

In the event that BCA needs to, or decides to restrict any enrollment, your timeliness and history of account payments will be considered.

* As Partners in the Catholic formation of your children, BCA sponsor parishes share in supporting their education in the form of a subsidy of $300 Per Pre K - grade 8 student.  In this partnership, families are expected to actively participate in the sacraments.  Your "parishioner" tuition status is based on such participation.
