Super Raffle Tickets are $10.00 each – winner need not be present.
Paid ticket stubs MUST be returned by Friday, January 20, 2012 (at 9:00am)
 for fundraising credit.
Winners will be listed at www.bcachicago.org.

This is the second fundraiser counting towards your annual family fundraising obligation.
Please note:

·        All ticket requests MUST be made in writing (see request sheet).

·        The seller of the $10,000 ticket will receive a $500 prize.

·        All raffle “stubs” (sold and unsold) MUST be returned on or before Friday, January 20, 2012.  Please send all raffle tickets/money/requests in sealed envelopes addressed to “Super Raffle”.

·        Any tickets NOT returned after January 20, 2012 will be debited to your family account at $10.00 each.

·        Taxes on winning prize are the responsibility of the winner.

·        Your BCA account is credited at 100% for tickets towards your fundraising obligation.
